Dear Young people in Rwanda,
We, UN Youth Delegates in Rwanda and World Youth Alliance members in NUR, we are convinced that each person is a precious and vital resource of great potential, capable of answering the challenges societies face with innovation and invention. The creativity of human being is the earth's greatest resource. Therefore, we strongly call upon young people to stand and strive for excel, Civil society and international community to recognize this and work as much as they can to improve youth participation the fact which will help youth to get empowered and enable them to exercise their potential as we have mentionned above.Eventually, make the future more and more briallant.
